What I Rebuilt
A cleaner workflow designed around routing, follow-up, and visibility.
The goal wasn't to automate one task, but to rebuild the system around it: a unified CRM schema replaced fragmented Excel sheets, scheduling was automated against real-time availability, payment tracking gained fraud checks and aging-balance alerts, and Meta Ads leads were piped via webhook into structured Email + SMS drip sequences — including a 14- and 30-day post-graduation retargeting program.
